Talk about anything NOT related to Arsenal in the football world.

Or has he just been blessed with his teams.

He was handed treble winners with Bayern.But I don't recall him taking a non-title winning team to greatness. Perhaps Im wrong.

Hello T I hope you're well.

It is an interesting question you ask and one that I have thought about as well.The same could also be asked about Mourinho.

As for Pep I think he will come to the PL (chavs or Mancs) and will have a money to burn so to speak,and he might do a good job,but the jury is still out for me.
Specialists in FA cup wins.Enjoy the moments.

Interesting question. He's taken great teams with great players and kept them great where others could have fallen away. I think the answer may be "we have no way of knowing!".

I think he is a fantastic coach. His teams play mostly unstoppable football irrelevant of which players and resources he has.

But he's never had 5h1t players.
Jose went to Inter and took them to be European Champions in 2 years. He went to Spain and took the title from Pep.
8 domestic titles in 4 different countries!

I raised a similar point about Pep a couple of years ago and was accused of being on the wind-up. Hey ho :shrug:

I posted this on another thread;

I was disappointed when Guardiola went to City, I half hoped he'd wait for AW to quit before coming to us. I'm now beginning to think we may have dodged one there. He was obviously good at clubs where only one or two teams could give them a game but he seems almost out of his depth in a league where nearly all the sides can get a result. Also he seems to be in the "heads gone" category mentally.

He doesn't know anything about defence
When you've got the forward talent he has had at teams then you don't need to worry about dedending much.

Different kettle of fish now.
