Yet again our super medics/physios have cocked up. Wasted valuable weeks coming to this conclusion and yet another excuse for Wenger to put in his notebook. Will Welbeck come back on schedule? Not if this mob gets their hands on him!

Evening Den.
Unless there was a clause put into his loan contract, and I'm pretty sure there wasn't, we can't recall him.

It does seem that we have a policy of trying everything before players go under the knife. It would appear that the system of reacting rather than being pro-active runs through every part of the club.

It would be foolish to think otherwise

If we can, bring Jack back as he's what we need, Ramsey not stepped up and the other Cm are just plodders.
A break from the club will have refreshed him and he has something to prove now.
If we can and he isn't brought back then I can't see him playing for us again .

Santi out for another three months

This one is all on Wenger, Xhaka got sent off in a league game and was set to miss the next 3, Cazorla has had problems in the last year, logic would tell you to play Xhaka in the CL and let him rest up some of the mids, there was no need at all to play Santi at home to Ludagorets (sp)

Typical Wenger, running another player to injury, Sanchez will be next.

I think referring to him as a sicknote is ignoring his performances before he was struck down by a savage medical issue. A disrespectful post.

I read today that gangrene had set in and he nearly had to have a foot amputated

In a 10yr medical career I have seen gangrene once and that was a diabetic who just ignored the fact he was diabetic.
I have felt for years that our training methods and medical staff are just not up to the job. So many longterm injuries.

A professional athlete with the best of medical care really should not be getting gangrene. Just not good enough.

Will have to get Wilfred Owen to write about it.
