Approach with caution.

For Supporters:
1) Longer journeys to far-flung places with questionable facilities both at stadia, and, elsewhere.
2) More Sunday, and, MNF.
3)Champagne prices for beer football. We continue our 7 club games, with the possibility of a refund " at the end of the season ".

For Players:
1) Loss of status. Playing in a lesser league.
2) Increased chance of injuries on suspect pitches.
3) Fatigue.

For the manager, and, Board:
Money, money, money. Always sunny in a rich man's world.

Loss:
Very difficult to get back into the CL, or win the PL. Ask Looserpool, and, Manure.

What a sad day.

A 2nd rate competition if ever there was one.

Completely devalued by the creation of the CL.
Was much more meaningful as the UEFA with all the 2nd bests in each country.

Now its full of 4th and 5th best teams.
Wenger out!!

Beggars can't be choosers. I'd also say to those who have belittled the achievement of reaching Champion's League...well lets see what 'relegation' feels like. (with all respect to fans of the likes of Borough and Sunderland)

Agree with all of that apart from being difficult to get back in, Chelsea finished 10th last year and got straight back in, reason United and Liverpool haven't is because they have been teams in decline.

Give Wenger a new contract will put us in the same position, get him out and reboot to get us straight back in.

Chelsea weren't in Europe.

'Wenegr out' is now boring. He's in.

Logically we will start the Bournemouth bench to rotate the squad. This is where Wenger has been remiss in the past hopefully the game every 3 days will concentrate a few minds before Chelsea.

I'm actually quite excited to see how we fair in the competition. Some very good sides in it these days.

Let's go for it.

So we should fit in quite well then. Not quite sure why people(not specifically you) seem to have delusion of grandeur that we are somehow too good for this.

Can't quite believe we are playing Sperzday. Shame I can't make that day as I've long standing commitments so I could be around Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Was looking forward to seeing JW10 getting sent off as well.
