Per gets coaching role

Per Mertesacker sdded to the academy staff to take over after this season where he will sstay on the playing staff and train the kids too.Sounds good to me

OK but he has no track record in coaching so it might seem a bit "jobs for the boys". Hopefully he'll be as good at the job as Brady etc.
