It's off to the land of the orcs on Saturday. Will we have a defence? Oh well, we travel more in hope, than, expectation.

Oh, and, apologies to Tenbob. I couldn't get onto this site, and, I was very ill, but, I am back now, although not 100%.

Look after yourself, take your time and get better. Arsenal can wait.

Saw this morning that Per and Mustafi are back in contention - any idea what team we'll put out? My guess would be

Cech,
Mustafi, Per, Monreal
Bellerin, Xhaka, Kolasinac
Ozil Ramsey
Giroud, Lacazette
me neither

Stoke`s new signing from Real Madrid Jese Rodriguez is expected to make his debut against us on Saturday. He blames Sead Kolasinac for ruining his career with Real after a strong tackle from Sead injured him. Going from Real Madrid to Stoke is the equivalent of going from Prime Minister to being on the dole.

Bring the big boys back. Per, Mustafi, Welbeck and Giroud should all be starting.. Would even go as far to start Le Coq too. Wouldn't let Ozil get anywhere near the starting line up for this one.

Cech
Mustafi Per Holding
Bellerin Xhaka Coquelin Kolasinac
Welbeck Giroud Lacazette

Stoke are not the Stoke of Pullis (although their fans are) they have five Champions League winners in their side. Monreal must play in place of Holding who had a shocker against Leicester. I feel Holding will be a good player but we need Monreal`s experience. I would also play the Ox as a right sided wing back in place of Bellerin and Ozil in place of Giroud who can come on as a impact player if required. I would also be tempted to play Ramsey instead of Coquelin although I understand why you want Le Coq to play.

Glad your back and feeling better TGP ,I stepped in but it was like Stephanov replacing Adams.
Looking forward to this one and we will know a lot more about how our season will go after this.

Usual bollocks
What dumbfounded me the most was overrated Bellerin at LEFT wing back.
BFG on the bench ?
BFG should have been in the middle,Monreal back to the left and Kolasinac at left wing back.
Xhaka is just not very good and Ozil only stays because no one wants him.
Welbeck for al his efforts is imo a poor player with no ball control at all.
Lacazette must wonder where the service is and taking him off was just a piss take when we needed a goal.
Would snap Milans hand off if they really do want Mustafi.
Oh well Footballs back !!

Unfortunately! During the summer nothing to worry about but now the football season is here laying in bed unable to sleep going over in my mind was Lacazette offside when he scored? should we have had a penalty when Bellerin was brought down in the box? If BFG had played would Stoke have scored? Nine months of this torture.
