Arsenal v West Ham EFL cup quarter final match day thread

Will it be the Europa side or the premiership eleven that start this match.
What team will the hammers field
Do we want to win it ?
Can we win it ?
Are we bothered ?
Personally would love to see us play an old fashioned 4-4-2 .
But will properley be the same old side to side boring stuff.

I will not be going nor, I suspect, will many others. We will play a young team and I would imagine so will the Hammers considering their league position.

Moyes may well look at this game as a chance for a cup final / Wembley visit to keep his momentum going. So I don't expect him to weaken too much . We on the other hand with Liverpool on the horizon will rest a lot especially following Wenger's comments about tiredness. I can see and hope it's only a narrow defeat here and like RR will not be in attendance.

The winners tomorrow will probably have to play either Chelsea, Man City or Man Utd in the semi`s. Something to look forward to

Chances are that would be the game that we beat City in . The important one in February would then get put back for a television bonanza at the end of the season.

Terrible game and think Walcotts getting worse.
Thought the back four were quite good especially Chambers who looked the part.

I would share your view on the match,
again a poor match against a poor side (one shot on goal).

I was also impressed by our young CBs, Chambers showed a good performance.
I thought the Pharao and even le coq were ok as well, but both are not good enough for the 1st team.
The guys upfront were really poor, escpecially Theo and Welbs as well,
Theo should be sold in Jan, there are some young players in our squad
with much better skills.
