Arsenal v C.Palace official next match thread

Well the show goes on and it's the Eagles at home.
Should be an even match as we reach the competitive level we are at now.
If it's the Bournemouth attitude and performance we are sunk.
Players may come back into the side and improve us a bit and a boost is needed with the Chelsea semi final awaiting.

I can`t believe that we won`t win this. If the players have an ounce of pride they will not stand for all the criticism they have had from the media and fans of other clubs.

Agree,RR. We need to get back on the horse, and fast. Hoping potential new arrivals will perk them up. Also, expect Alexis, assuming he does play, to bow out with a hat trick. Whether that constitutes a win remains to be seen.

When we get a performance like the first half hour today, it makes the rubbish we've witnessed for the last few weeks even worse. If Kolasinac is fit why the hell was Elneney playing and why the hell was Coquelin sold and Elneney kept? Much better defending today with Kos and Mustafi back.

That felt good. Let’s suspend that feeling until Wednesday.

Arsenal v C.Palace official next match thread

Thought we played very well first half in fact at times we were brilliant coming forward. If AW doesn`1t extend Jack`s contract he should not only be sacked but also hung drawn and quartered. Second half was a bit of a comedown I`m not sure if Palace pushed us back or we sat back and tried to hit them on the break, either way it was painful to watch.

The set up allowed Jack and Ozil the freedom to play and the first half was brilliant .
I think Palace stopped allowing them the space in the second.
Monreal back to his best position also helped.
