So we play them again and to be honest if I knew that Wenger would get the sack or resign if we lost five nil I'll happily cheers City on.
But it's not going to happen so let's at least put a bit of pride back and get something out of the game.
Can we find our missing defence.
Will the walking dead midfield (thanks potter) come alive.
Whatever happens it's going to be hostile at the Emirates on Thursday.

Strangely enough City are probably the team that is best for us to play after Sundays debacle. If our players are not up for this game determined to at least claw back some creditability then I fear for the future.

Forgot it was even on.
Glad I did.

Major surgery needed on this team and a new surgeon to do the job.
Wenger out!!

Arsenal v Man City PREM official next match thread

Just sat there and froze my bollocks off for 80 minutes (had to leave when Bellerin passed it out of play) to be 3-0 down inside half hour. If the club had any class about it anymore they’d refund any fan who braved the conditions to support that shower of shit that was served up.

Never left a game before the final whistle in my life, tonight made it twice in 4 days. Absolute disgrace.

Today is our Golden Wedding Anniversary and reflect on this milestone and what part Arsenal has played over the years.

The current team has reached a new low - lack of passion and commitment coupled with the basic fact that many of the squad ( whilst being paid outrageous money) are simply not good enough to wear the glorious red and white. What a sad picture and immediate future for us fans!

Wenger has been there for a large part of these 50 years but he must now take full responsibility for being in control of the near destruction of this great Club. What enfuriates most of us is that the problems stare us in the face every game but nothing changes and all we get in exchange are excuses, excuses, excuses, but no acceptance of failure!

Thought for the first time he looked a dead man walking in his interview .
Looking resigned to the obvious.
Properly lost the dressing room now as well .

Congrats on the 50 Rob. We are 2 years behind you.

Like me there was Arsenal before Wenger and there will be after.

Just playing devil's advocate here, but did you lot see the way in which Chelsea surrendered their reign this afternoon ? We are shit but we still played (Albeit awfully). Chelsea were an embarrassment to the country. They didn't even try. A bit of perspective maybe ?

Agree! All Chelsea wanted to do was keep the score down (which they did)

Better to keep the score down and keep a shot at a Top 4 place if you think you won't salvage a point than to haemorrhage away your goal difference like Arsenal did...

Sometime's you play to Win, sometimes you play to not Loose, that's how Arsenal went 49 games unbeaten originally, we drew a lot of games but never lost.
