Back to the now important Europa cup and a good performance needed to make a tricky away leg easier.
Time for everyone to get behind the club and get them seats filled as empty seats plays into the Russians hands and give them confidence to play well.
Players have to perform and this is where the catch 22 comes in , players play poorly crowd grow restless,Crowd gets restless players play poorly.
Right team right attitude and right result needed.
“ Arsenal come streaming forward now in surely what will be their last attack. A good ball by Dixon, finding Smith, for Thomas, charging through the midfield. Thomas, it's up for grabs now! Thomas! ”

We need to win the tie in the first leg (three or four nil) so that the second leg is meaningless.

Ozil was astonishingly good tonight. Marvellous team performance although Jack was sub par, misplacing passes all over the pitch. More of the same please!

Although we looked great going forward if CSKA players could shoot straight it would have been much closer because I thought our defence were awful. In the second leg we must make sure the Russians don`t score an early goal which would inspire them.

Great game to watch,CSKA went toe to toe with us and paid the penalty.
Defensive wise we were still all over the place but thought Bellerin attacking wise had a very good game.
Ozil was superb and deserved a goal for his performance.
Ramsey did what Ramsey can do when he wants to.

Ramsey did what he can when he's allowed to . When he's shunted all around the pitch and shoehorned in he is not effective but when he is played and allowed to break into the box late , he will score goals. Defensive midfield or winger he is not.
Many years ago I think it was Alf Ramsey that said that Martin Peters was years ahead of his time ,This Ramsey is a reincarnation . His time at Arsenal has been stultified by Wenger's tactical inability to find a system to suit his players as opposed to making players conform to his vision.
We have had many players bought in for their abilities shown for other clubs . Recently we have lost Walcott and the Ox , before it was Arshavin , Baptista , Gervinho even Bendtner. now we are watching Kolasinac , Wilshere, Holding , Welbeck finding their development either stalling or going backwards.
The system is wrong , off the pitch and on it. I heard a pundit query this morning asking why the likes of Ian Wright , Henry , Dixon , Keown are on the outside and not helping the present squad. I just thought "" Ask the man that doesn't want them too ""
He won't lessen his grip so :- He's got to go

It would be foolish to think otherwise
