knocks back the contract offer , rumours swirling that he's off , cant see that as a bad thing to be honest , again he is not super quality.

he's missed out on Forest due to Lansbury
might get lucky if Birmingham make a move

Don't get me wrong never rated him and thought he has been the most overated footballer in Europe.
But if Wenger does want him to stay as he has said and talks are in progress on how important he is to the team and Arsenal's future.
he then starts him on the bench
you could not make it up.

Or maybe he put him on the bench as he knew what way this was going.

If the story is true I reckon he'll be flogged by Friday , Citeh dont seem to be flashing the cash so maybe a swap for Dzecko or De Jong ?

There's been rumours of a swap for Dzeko.

But saying that, there has been rumours of Cesc returning so yeah, don't take any notice until it's official

Who is telling theo walcott that hes worth more money or deserves to play for a better team? Jesus christ! Even tho he's awful, we'll need another play for that position, the squad is looking really thin again. I hear te afellay rumours are back on, would happily lose theo and gain him.

Beeb think it will be Liverpool or City. I read somewhere that City are struggling to fulfil their home grown quota.
Hence Rodwell.

Thing is: If our players are so rubbish and AW has no idea what he's doing, how come the richest or well respected clubs seem eager to buy them?
Maybe they are not as bad as the doom mongers say

Another one off..... Getting fairly depressing again.

It's not that I mind them going it's the vain hope that they will be replaced by someone let alone someone better.

Agree, my car engine is still running from dropping Alex off at the airport if Theo wants a lift to a place of his choosing.

would of swap him + cash for Adam Johnson - but that ain't going to happen

would happily take Dzeko or De Jong for him, but knowing Arsenal FC we will sell him to Chelsea and get Malouda in return

Why do people keep going on about Adam Johnson as if he is better despite only seeing his highlights on match of the day? Get the opnion of City fans, the lot who see him more than 30 seconds on a Saturday evening and a lot of them don't rate him very high at all.

I'd love De Jong, he's dirty, nasty, and generally everything we don't already have. I'd love him in front of our back 4 breaking up play and playing it simple to the other midfielders.
