Odd post ^^^ Podolski is an Arsenal player. Hence why we have a thread on him and not on them.

You were the one that said he wasn't a sub for the World Cup winners, I merely corrected you.

In name only. Not considered good enough to be a worthy substitute for one of his countrymen. And IMO not up to starting for Arsenal. And certainly not up front as you suggest.

Just as well Jogi didn't have that attitude. Are you at all curious to understand the elements that contribute to success?

No.

No.

How much of an influence did he have in qualifying to get them there?

The world cup starts from the 1st qualifying match and pod played a few games.

Are you saying they wouldn't have qualified without him ?

I'm saying that qualification is very different to the finals. Hence why podolski was involved in one and not the other. And why England can qualify and that's about it.

You really should've punctuated, as it's just two rude words you've chosen to post :nodding:

What, like try to change an Henry thread into a DB10 one and a Podolski thread into an anti-Ozil one ? Of course you will do what you like. A very fulfilled life you lead.

If he is not played or not given a run of games this is not entirely his fault. Wenger bought him to the Arsenal then does not select him he has not had a bad return since he has joined and I do not think that you could possibly know what he thinks and neither do I but as a fellow Arsenal supporter I find your cynicism for the player strange

Smudger, whatever Podolski is doing is not enough to impress the manager. That's my only problem with the player. To not get picked is enough reason, imo, for a player not to be happy, but this guy's over the moon on a daily basis. Now this is strange !

The odd Tweet claiming an undying love for Arsenal is not all a player should need to do to gain favour with the supporters, and it doesn't with me.

Imo he hasn't been given enough game time up front. There's no point in keeping him if it stays the same.
