I thought he had a good game yesterday. Was generally disciplined in defence, hanging back to fill in while Vermaelen went for his customary upfield wander.

I think your both right there. I was impressed with him last night too. Didn't commit and stayed strong when needed.

In my opinion Coquelin is a better player than Frimpong and more controlled

Agree with this, he's a more refined player and should always be ahead of him on the team sheet.

First to disagree, maybe it's because he's alongside Diaby at the min so I'm feeling extra frustrated but I just don't rate him he can only seem to pass the ball sideways, once he passes it forward he gives it away. He doesn't seem to make many runs to cover gaps or put in tackles that he should playing dm. I'd much rather have Frimpong who puts himself about and has the added benifit to have grew up with Wilshere so would have that understanding with him.

Still 50/50 on him.

Shows glimpses of what he can offer but am not sure what position he plays and if he has the discipline to play as a holding midfielder.

Another 'good' player along with Ramsey, arteta, rosicky but another squad type player rather than first eleven..

Frimpong was starting to show real potential and class last season on loan. Shame he got injured because its probably put him back to square 1. Out of anyone we have for that position id have Coq but he's still no way near good enough.

frimpong was slated by charlton fans for being a lazy big time charlie when he was on loan there this season. there were not attempts to extend the deal either.
