I don't think he'll get any better either, best to flog him.

Good point, and flogging would probably lower his transfer price.

And last season too. It's as if people forget how poor a defender he is because he scores a few goals per season. Not sure if player or manager or both is to blame but if he leaves in the summer I won't shed any tears.

He's the captain, so he gets my backing. And it can't easy playing next to Frankenstien's monster's less pacey brother.

He's gone backwards this season, don't know if its got anything to do with RVP leaving as they were really close?

Remember when he first joined he made 2 or 3 driving runs from the back each game and scored some really good goals. Doesn't do that anymore, but that's probably more Wenger coaching him not to shoot from outside the box.

You'd think after donating 15 million to Stans pension fund for Song they'd learn not to be so stupid again.

he would be great for them, because he wouldn't have to do fuck all. Barca spend most of there games in the opposing half, not like us where our defence is under constant pressure,

we bitch about our defence, but they don't get much help from the midfield to be honest, Even Adams / Keown / Sol Campbell would struggle, we still cry out for a Vieira or Petit type sort of midfielder.

Wenger has benched him before so it's certainly possible.

Great to see him back, hopefully he can put his injurys behind him and find the sort of form he showed when he first joined us.
