A really good article, Rambo is starting to show what he's capable of again now he's playing through the middle, if Wenger stops playing him where ever we are short he can become a really good squad player for us and even first choice in a couple of years. I also love how he gets on with it instead of complaining esp when he could be using it as an excuse for some poor form at times.

He needs to score when he has the goal at his mercy

That would have been a fantastic goal, can't believe he missed it. Still, I think he's done much better the last 6 months or so

Second man of the match performance in a role for me, he might not be our best player but he's certainly our hardest working and the others would do well to show some of his effort. Back in the middle where he belongs he's showing he can be a good player for us, his passing is improving all the time aswell.

He's proving a lot of us wrong. I always knew he would run his socks off but I didn't think he would fully recover from the break. But, by the looks of it he's on his way to being the player he was meant to be before injury. I'm glad he's proved me wrong and hope to see him start more games now. WELL DONE RAMBO!

Yep and I'm one of those who might have to eat his words. Just hope Wenger carrys on playing him in the position he plays now.

I think this is the difference. It's like putting marmite in a cheesecake. It's just not gonna work. As long as Rambo plays in the middle then he will work his socks off. He's definitely no winger that's for sure.

I'm really pleased that he's playing well, I was one of the people unsure as to whether he would get back to his best pre-injury. On form he's ahead of Wilshere and should keep playing centrally.

I agree with you. You'll find my thoughts on Ramsay on the Arteta thread. Although I don't think you'll like them.

Was delighted for him tonight deserved that goal for all his work hard esp in the last few months. Can't believe some fans are still giving him a hard time and saying he's not good enough.

+1 Very happy for him. His performances of late deserve a 10-15 a season goal return.

When Ramsey cut in from the left I was shouting at him to pull it back to Podolski who was standing unmarked in front of the goal so what did he do ignored me completely and scored, really selfish of him

The closer he got to goal last night the more I thought he would pick the wrong pass (I never thought that when it was Pires in that position, but that's by the by) and the crowd would give him grief :crying: . Happily :D , he stuffed it in very nicely and deserved the goal/applause. He's growing into a fine midfielder.
