Didn't take long for him to catch on to the club methods! How many weeks will that be? I'll take five in the sweep.

All jokes aside, these injuries to our players really are a problem. Gabriel picked up next to nothing at Villarreal.

Is it the training methods? the pitches? the medical staff? the rehabilitation? the rest periods (or lack of) after/before games? I don't know, but SOMETHING is wrong. Seriously wrong.

Could be the intensity of the game over here

Potentially. But with our record I think we need to look at the big picture not just Gabriel.

I'm sure the big picture is being looked at. If it took a couple of blokes on a forum to point the way to one of the biggest clubs in the world then it would spell trouble.

Is it being looked at though? This has been happening for years and there's been no change. A couple of blokes on a forum? The whole Arsenal fan base can see there's an issue. It seems you could be the exception. :?

Where have I said there isn't an issue with the number of injuries ?

When I said 'a couple of blokes' I was taking specifically of me and you, and it is likely that sorting out The Clubs injury woes is beyond even us.

Is it being looked at ? As Wenger has said so during more than one press conference in the past, I think it's safe to say it is.

I think if you look at the Fans Forums of most of our rivals you will see they all think their Clubs have too many injuries,in fact Man Utd not long ago had more injuries than us.Luckily it`s a squad game and it`s up to the Manager to legislate that he has enough cover.

I'm beginning to like the partnership of Gabriel and Kos. OK they didn't have much to bother them today but they seem to be complementing each other very well.

Agreed, and Gabriel looks like he can handle himself after the coming together between him and Arnautovic.

Yeah I agree he's looking like a strong signing and a good replacement for Mertesacker will offer good competition.

Apparently had a falling out with Wenger which explains why he wasn't even on the bench.

Looks like he'll be gone in January
