Only really seen the clips of him but in team of the year in Germany and seems to like a tackle which is what we need in the middle.

Loves a tackle NG and he's very vocal, what we've needed in the middle for years.

Could he become the Captain we desperately need?

As a rule, The Club don't spend around £30m quid unless they're pretty sure. Without knowing a thing about this player, other than RR's YouTube snippet, I think it's safe to say he ain't bad. Looking forward to seeing him pull the shirt on next season.

He had some good games so far in France and like at his former club
Mönchengladbach with 23 he is the boss in the team.
I know it is much too early but I am pretty sure he will be an excellent player for us in the future.

How much did we spend on this guy?

For him not to be in the first eleven is an admission from Wenger that he fucke.d up

Why? Its his first half of his first season. Why are you looking for issues that aren't there?

We have a strong squad this season not like previous seasons where the same players played every week barring injuries

Very talented player but needs to curve that aggression out a bit. I love that he sticks a foot in but he needs to learn when to pick his moments. There's sticking a foot in now and again and there's jumping through the air with both feet off the floor. The latter needs to go asap.

The problem is, is that there is no consistency with the referees. You knew he was going to pull out the red card when it happened.

Look at Rojo at United, two tackles, in my opinion, worse than Xhaka's yesterday and neither one a red.

Undecided so far see glimpses of a good player and has some of his passing his top drawer but really needs to work on his decision making in tackling although seems harshly done by on last red compared to others that have gone unpunished or getting yellows. Needs to stay on his feet more.

Maybe we should concentrate less on his daft tackles and more on his shit footballing ability.

We appear to have bought a dud.
