Very disappointing performance could have been double the score. By the time the executives complete interviewing candidates for the job and then fly to the USA to tell our beloved owner who they have chosen we will be in the Championship.
Did you know that this season is the 100th anniversary of Arsenal being a member of the old 1st Division/Premiership. No other Club has that distinction or anywhere near it. (I`m trying to cheer you all up)

Although we didn`t win today I was heartened by our display which was much better than the rubbish we have been playing. At least we were going forward and not sideways and back as we were under Emerey.

A fair bit of attacking play let down by poor crossing.Saka,Nelson,AMN all guilty . Lacazette looked off the pace but kept trying and Auba did what he does . Torreira looked better at the base of midfield and our pressing was better with Xhaka passing . Ozil still slows things down and never takes one touch when he can take three

He had one of his better games but that was because Bournemouth gave the midfield a lot of room and he was able to pick his passes. However he rarely plays a first time pass or centre which often slows the tempo of attacks . I wonder if Arteta could use Ozil and Ceballos as a kind of Xavi / Iniesta combo all we need is a Messi could that be Martinelli ?

To be honest I was underwhelmed with the performance against an average Bournemouth side.
Two tough home games which could see us pick up zero points.
I think we are in for a long slog this season and we need to keep the faith especially if we get nothing from these games.
Ozil I think is a lost cause.

Ive never been happy with Leno.
Excellent shot stopper but poor at decision making and handling crosses.
Too short too.

Lacazette not doing enough and Nketiah is only a goalscorer. Not got enough in his all round game

Need Martinelli back.
Wenger out!!

I thought 20.00 was the ko time, not the date! Got on the sauce early RR?! Happy new year, and let's hope the football doesn't spoil it.
