His latest interview on SSN sounds like he is back to reality. One goal and he could be back to the usual crap though.

I still remember the Barca game though Bendtner!!!

Oh give it a rest. Who doesn't!

I suspect that he has never forgotten it either! It appears to me that up to now he has not dealt with the psychological fall out of it. I sincerely hope he does that now, for all concerned.

Could we trust the people inside the club to to clever enough to be addressing it? And that if he comes onto the pitch that they think he can and should? And that he might need our support.

Give it a rest? You're kidding me right? If he's gobby enough to claim he's one of the best then he needs to accept the stick he gets for sh*t performances! Maybe if he got his head down and stopped partying hard then I'll start giving him a rest.

And dont get me started on the "i would play for spurs" comments!!

Guess you've forgotten what it's like to be young? I bet you have no idea what it's like to be young and fuck up on a bit stage.

How many times and in how many ways must 'sinners' be punished by those who want all the glory without the responsibility? Sorry, wilko, nothing personal.

Maybe he should just play on the Christmas break, after all, it is his time of the year.

Dodgyrog is my name and Islandboy is where my location is.

He's getting paid enough of course we should use him, not as first choice but he could be useful backup if he finally gets his head down and works hard. He is more than capable in front of goal esp when we'll have Ozil laying them on a plate for him.

+1 never fulfilled his potential and untill he sorts out his attitude things won't change. I would love to him to step up as we don't really have a choice without any quality back up in this position. But I think personally he is here as no other mug will pay his 52 simple as that. Hopefully TGSTEL will prove me wrong......

Bendtner does get some stick and I think some of he deserves but most of it he doesn't.

The I am the greatest striker quotes were misquoted and made up.
The £52k a week has been shown to be wrong.
The I want to play for Spurs was again maliciously misquoted by the press.

These three things cover most of the usual sticks used to beat him with.

Add in 'that touch' against Barcelona and we have a full set. Oh and who hasn't seen a big man mis control a ball with one of his first touches before?

He has always been good enough to be a back up striker at Arsenal but was played for years out of position on the wing with numbskulls screaming at him to get in the box all the time. These would be the same people would have scratched their head when we conceded a goal from a cross where the full back would have been doubled up on.

His goal scoring rate is better than Marica (whom we are being linked to), Macheda, Wellbeck, Chadli, Lamella, Park, Jovetic, and has exactly the same goal scoring rate as Schurrle who Chelsea just paid £18m for.

Not too bad for a back up.

There's none so blind as those who will not see.

Do not argue with an idiot they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Just inconvenient truths for some on here, H I agree with you though.

Where is he? In Denmark!!!! According to the Mail, Arsenal have told him to lose weight, and, get fit!! What was he doing during the summer break? Juve had told him the same last season. Compare that to other players who strive to better themselves. He just does not learn. Should've let him go to Palace, and, let more willing youngsters play for us, instead.
