Olivier Giroud is back :D

Joking apart 3 of my strongest opinions on players the last 2 seasons have been;

a) Our defence is poor, in particular central defenders - actually I'm pretty happy with Gibbs and Chambers so I'd now limit that to the central defenders including Kos.
b) Walcott causes problems whenever he plays
c) Giroud is underestimated by most Arsenal fans. I also like Welbeck a lot.

Well the last 2 are hopefully soon to be resolved, but I see no solution to the first on the horizon.

If someone with more energy can do the analysis would I be right in thinking that at least three quarters of goals this season have come directly from crosses into the box?

Allguns on the subject of Radford supporting Chelsea in Rome : "Having a look at other teams broadens your horizons and gives you a different slant on games or perhaps he loves football in general, and I know he has a softspot for WHU"

Need STG back for that.

“ Arsenal come streaming forward now in surely what will be their last attack. A good ball by Dixon, finding Smith, for Thomas, charging through the midfield. Thomas, it's up for grabs now! Thomas! ”

That and the tit for tat nasty crap that some people love to indulge in.
As he said to me, sometimes I wish I had a lower IQ, so I could join in the conversation .
